ATTENTION!

Your time is valuable, and so is mine. I'll be ready to begin your session at the time of your appointment. If you're late, I will not be able to make up that time beyond what you're scheduled and you will not be refunded for the time lost as a result of your tardiness. No exceptions will be made.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time. Please understand that when you reserve your time and date of service in my electronic calendar, you are blocking that space from someone else receiving my services. Therefore, cancellations made within the 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time of service will only be refunded 50% of the original charge LESS 2.9% + $0.30 of the original charge, due to Square's new refund policy (excludes appointments made with gift certificates, as these are not redeemable for cash). If you choose to rebook the cancelled appointment, you must do so as a brand new appointment in the electronic calendar. Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time of service will be refunded the amount that was purchased (per booking), LESS 2.9% + $0.30 fee due to Square's new refund policy.

No shows will forfeit refund for the service scheduled. No exceptions will be made.

Due to safety considerations, small children are not allowed in my studio. They are a liability, detract from your "me time" experience and are disruptive to my practice. Do not bring children to your appointment. I will refuse service and you will not be refunded. No exceptions will be made.

I am not responsible for any valuables (jewelry, watches, etc.) you leave in my studio. You should not be wearing any kind of valuables while on my table. Please come to your appointment wearing no valuables. 

Gift certificate holders who cancel their appointment within the 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time of service may not be able to reschedule again. I reserve the right to determine this on a case by case basis.

You MUST bring your gift certificate with you on the day of your session in order for the service to be rendered. Gift certificates have an expiration date on all of them; they expire 30 days from the date of purchase. This means you should call me as soon as possible to book your session within that 30-day window. I will not honor expired gift certificates. No exceptions will be made. 

Gift certificates are not replaceable if lost and cannot be redeemed for cash.

The massage and bodywork received at Holistic Quarters of Lakeland involve appropriate touch only. We strictly follow the ethical guidelines of our profession. We DO NOT engage in inappropriate touching. 

The services received or utilized at Holistic Quarters of Lakeland ARE NOT intended to be a substitute for professional medical treatment for any condition, medical or otherwise, that clients may have. We DO NOT intend to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.​     

Holistic Quarters of Lakeland is NOT a Yoga studio. Private sessions of Restorative Yoga are provided as part of the different therapeutic coaching signature programs in which it is included to support your healing journey.

DO NOT sign up for the 12-Week Holistic Synergy Coaching Program™  or any of the therapeutic signature programs to substitute your medical treatment(s). These programs were designed to be used in combination with your medical treatment(s) to provide a holistic approach to your health and wellness. A holistic approach involves all aspects of your health: Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. NONE OF THESE PROGRAMS ARE CONSIDERED A MEDICAL PLAN OR AN ALTERNATIVE PLAN FOR YOUR MEDICAL TREATMENT.  ​  

None of my signature coaching programs are meant to be taken as a discount for single sessions. A coaching program is a process in itself and it is crucial that all life distractions are dealt with in a manner that you are still putting yourself first, ahead of everything.  Each coaching week and challenge build slowly into the following weeks to create momentum, so it is important to keep yourself fully committed to the program. Therefore, I reserve the right to end a coaching program at any time if I find the client to not be fully committed to their end goals. There will be no refunds for any of my coaching programs.
