Hello! My name is Menayra. I was born and raised in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. I have been living in Central Florida since 1997 and have made Lakeland, FL my second home.
My holistic healing path started back in 2008 when I was first diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder. In the succeeding years, a slew of other ailments appeared (adult acne, plantar fasciitis, vertigo, heart problems, high blood pressure, diabetes, and even a cancer scare!). In the early process of trying to heal these ailments via a holistic approach, I found my purpose and passion for it.
In 2017, after working in the medical field for 20 years, I finally took the leap to dedicate myself to my business on a full time basis. I am passionate about showing my clients how to integrate a holistic approach to their health that involves physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects. By engaging a holistic approach, I hope to reconnect them to their bodies' inner wisdom to improve their health and wellness.
As an instructor, my purpose is to guide my students into finding their own unique set of skills and strengths to help them align with their own path, while inspiring them to become life-long learners.
As a continuing education provider, my goal is to give opportunities to fellow massage therapists and other bodyworkers to tailor their educational needs and requirements toward their own career goals, right here in Lakeland.
